Subject Selection Online (SSO) is designed to compliment your current administration structure and take the hassle out of the student subject selection process. This can save administration staff hundreds of hours and printing costs.
Authorised staff can access Subject Selection Online, review a variety of reports and track the whole process. Staff can also assist parents who have no internet access.

With SSO, administrators can:
- view and edit the subjects being offered, the grouping and steps of subjects, the associated descriptive information and rules, and the method of selection for each group or individual subject.
- view and edit student access, add new students or delete students.
- set a cut-off time for each year/grade. The cut-off time can be overridden for any given student, typically to allow extra time as required.
- see statistics showing how many students have accessed the system and how many have reached completion of subject choice.
